YOUR CLUB WANTS TO TREAT YOU!
Following on from the AGM, Bromsgrove and Redditch AC is ready to invest in you, the members!
There will be a meeting held in the club room on 21st January 2009 at 8pm.
We want members to express their opinions on how club funds should be spent.
The committee have allocated some funds to the following areas, but we want you to decide how the money is actually invested.
Coaching £1000
Club clothing (sweatshirts etc) £500
Reflective running vests for adults £50
Race results software for MT8 £15
Young athletes reward scheme £200
Training aids and other equipment £500
Other ideas that have been put forward are:
Purchase of benumber1.co.uk
Try out day – where people can try different field disciplines
Minibus hire
Trophies for local schools competitions
The club have also purchased a marquee for use at events, and we hope that this will have arrived before the meeting.
We also want more ideas on other areas of expenditure should you have any.
Opinions and ideas are welcomed from all of our members, including junior members. Those members that are unable to attend the meeting should send their comments to spendit@scoltock.co.uk or on paper to Len or Yasmine.
