Sneyd 10 mile Pudding Run

The Pudding Run was popular as ever with B&R runners. Conditions were good being cool but dry. There was a big field and the course was well-marshalled as usual but the 5 mile marker was far too early and the 7 mile marker was too late.

Dave Kes had a great run and was first V40. Rich Lomas was unlucky  to miss going under the hour by just  1 sec.

Anne Stuart won the F45 prize. Other runners were all pleased with their efforts but Jane Chandler was injured and had to walk. Pete Hawcroft lost 1.5 mins with a calf pull and believes that he would have won the V55 category otherwise! ( This is excuse number 53 from the runners book of 'How I could have done better if only...' )
