Who has run the most Birmingham League Cross Country Races for B&R AC? There has been loads of discussion on the League website about appearances by runners from all the clubs. (Ian is pictured above wearing 280 just ahead of another B&R runner Ralph Andrews (278), both representing Heferord & Worcester at the English Schools Championships at Redditch in 1977).
